摘  要:以南京地铁5号线下穿3号线为例,采用ABAQUS软件建立四孔交叠隧道的三维有限元模型,计算列车动荷载作用下的土体动应力,并结合经验模型预测交叠隧道的长期沉降量。结果显示,交叠隧道最大沉降量达16.3 mm,曲率半径为13589 m,相对变曲为1/1100,均超出规范要求,须采取沉降控制措施。现场拟在5号线隧道施工期采用壁后注浆加固措施。结果显示,采用地层加固措施后运营期交叠隧道的最大沉降量降低至10.4 mm,曲率半径增大至18750 m,相对变曲减小至1/2575,均满足规范要求。地层加固措施可有效控制隧道交叠区沉降的发展,保障隧道结构长期服役性能。Based on Nanjing metro Line 5 that crosses under Line 3,a 3D finite element model of four-hole overlapping tunnel is established by using ABAQUS software,to calculate the dynamic stress of soil under the action of train dynamic load,and predict the long-term settlement of the overlapping tunnels with empirical formula.The results show that the maximum settlement of overlapping tunnels is 16.3 mm,the radius of curvature is 13589 m,relative curvature is 1/1100,all exceed the specifications,and settlement control measures must be taken.It is proposed to adopt back wall grouting reinforcement measures during the construction of Line 5 tunnels.The result shows that the maximum settlement is reduced to 10.4 mm,the radius of curvature increased to 18750 m,and the relative deflection reduced to 1/2575 by taking grouting reinforcement measurement,all meet the specifications.Therefore,the strata reinforcement measures can control the settlement in overlapping areas effectively and ensure the long-term service of tunnel structure.
