摘　　要：阐述了面向乘客的城市轨道交通运营调度指挥系统的建设背景、现状及实现的必要性。重点介绍了建设面向乘客的城市轨道运营调度指挥系统所需要的数据支撑和系统结构设计。对该系统中的全息客流感知引导、客流预测分析、乘客体验智能化调整,以及应急调度指挥等核心功能设计进行了分析,介绍了基于工作流的智能化协同联动引擎系统的设计及其功能优势。对该系统在城市轨道交通领域的应用进行了总结和展望。Firstly,the construction background,current situation and necessity of passenger-oriented urban rail transit dispatch and command system is introduced,the data required for the construction of the system and system structure design are emphasized.Then,the key functions such as holographic perception of passenger flow and guidance,passenger flow forecast and analysis,intelligent adjustment of passenger experience and emergency dispatching command are analyzed.The design of the intelligent coordinated linkage engine based on dataflow and its functional advantage are also introduced.Finally,application of the system in urban rail transit is summarized and prospected.
