摘　　要：[目的/意义]社交媒体时代,英国"中国通"形成全新的涉华舆论影响机制,厘清英国"中国通"社交媒体网络结构、影响力及影响机制对于把握未来英国对华外交政策及维护中英外交关系具有重要意义。[方法/过程]本文选取高校学者、智库研究员、政府官员、媒体记者以及非政府组织成员五种类型总计169名英国"中国通",运用社会网络分析研究方法对其在社交媒体Twitter上的网络结构、影响力及影响机制进行研究。[结果/结论]英国"中国通"构成了一个较为紧密的社交关系网,涉华信息传播畅通。英国"中国通"社交网络呈现出明显的核心-边缘结构,核心位置媒体记者数量最多,在英国"中国通"群体内部发挥重要的信息中介作用,智库研究员和政府官员均处于边缘位置。英国"中国通"利用社交媒体形成"互动、融合"的影响机制。社交媒体为英国"中国通"提供了连接、互通的网络平台,不同涉华议题在社交网络讨论交流,达成共识。在信息沟通交流过程中,掌握话语权的主体往往能在众说纷纭的舆论场中提出优势意见并产生广泛的影响力。此外,在涉华政策出台后,英国"中国通"借助社交媒体平台发挥意见领袖和政策专家双重作用,帮助涉华政策的解读和落地。[Purpose/significance]Social media has become a new global public sphere for the British "China Hands" shaping Sino-UK public opinions and policies.It is of great significance to clarify the structure,influence and mechanism of the British "China hands" social media network for grasping the UK’s foreign policy towards China in the future and maintaining sino-UK diplomatic relations.[Method/process]A total of 169 British "China Hands" including university scholars,think-tank researchers,governmental officials,media journalists and NGO employees were selected,and their structure,influence and mechanism were further studied with the social network methodology.[Result/conclusion]The British "China Hands" constitutes a relatively close social network on Twitter,where China information flows smoothly.The British "China Hands" social network present an obvious core-edge structure,with the largest number of journalists in the core position,playing an important role of information intermediary within the British "China Hands" group.Think tank researchers and government officials are all at the edge position.The British "China Hands" has formed an "interaction-integration" mechanism on international social networks.Social media provides a network platform for British "China Hands",in which different China-related information exchange and reach a consensus.At the same time,subjects with dominant discourse power can often put forward favorable opinions in the field of divergent public opinion and extend a wide range of influence.In addition,after the introduction of China-related policies,the British "China Hands" play the role of both opinion leaders and policy experts in helping the interpretation and implementation of China-related policies on social media.
