新形势下地方社科院智库研究的定位、理念与方略

摘　　要：[目的/意义]地方社科院是中国特色哲学社会科学和中国特色新型智库建设的一支重要力量,其具有特殊的功能定位和研究范式。[方法/过程]基于智库研究者视角,结合经济学研究的实践体会,本文对新形势下地方社科院智库研究的使命担当、基本理念和实践方略进行了理论阐释和例证。[结果/结论]地方社科院智库研究者应以"为人民做学问"为宗旨,进行理论创新和实践探索,加快从学者型"理论家"向智囊型"谋略家"的角色定位转变。同时,秉承"四个坚持"的基本研究理念,并在实践中以决策咨询研究为核心任务,注重加强研究意识、研究导向、研究问题、研究视角和研究方法的创新。[Purpose/significance]Local academy of social sciences is an important force in the construction of philosophy and social sciences with Chinese Characteristics and new-type think tanks with Chinese Characteristics.It has a special functional orientation and research paradigm.[Method/process]Based on the perspective of think tank researchers,combined with the practical experience of economic research,this paper theoretically explains and illustrates the mission,basic concepts and practical strategies of think tank research of local academy of social sciences under the new situation.[Result/conclusion]The think tank researchers of local academy of social sciences should carry out theoretical innovation and practical exploration with the purpose of "learning for the people",and speed up the transformation of the role orientation from scholar-type "theorist" to think-tank-type "strategist".At the same time,the think tank researchers should adhere to the basic research concept of "four insistences",and focus on decision-making consultation research as the core task in practice,with strengthening the innovation of research consciousness,research orientation,research problems,research perspectives and research methods.
