摘 要:三相电压型整流器(VSR)模块并联可有效提高系统功率等级,然而由此产生的环流会导致网侧电流波形畸变,造成额外的功率损失,降低工作效率,甚至损坏电力设备。针对这种情况,以多个并联整流器为研究对象,推导了多并联整流器零序循环电流的数学模型,详细分析并联整流器模块产生环流的原因。为消除环流控制回路的不利影响,提出了一种基于空间矢量脉宽调制的零矢量前馈控制策略。另外,提出的虚拟整流器概念进一步实现并联整流器的控制。仿真与实验结果证明了单个整流器控制的可行性,三并联整流器的硬件在环实验验证了理论分析和所提方法的有效性。Parallel connection of three phase voltage source rectifier modules can effectively improve the power capacity of the system.However,the resulting circulation will lead to the distortion of the current waveform at the network side,resulting in additional power loss,reduced work efficiency and even damage to the power equipment.This paper takes n parallel rectifiers as the research object,deduces the mathematical model of the zero sequence circulating current of n parallel rectifiers,and analyzes the cause of the circulation of the parallel rectifiers in detail.A zero vector feedforward control strategy based on space vector pulse width modulation is proposed to eliminate the adverse effects of circulation control loop.In addition,the concept of virtual rectifier is put forward to further realize the control of parallel rectifier.Finally,the feasibility of single rectifier control is verified by simulation and experimental results,the effectiveness of the theoretical analysis and the proposed method is verified by experiments on the hardware in the loop of the three-parallel rectifier.
