党群服务中心文化养老的实践与探索--以杭州市党群服务中心为例

摘　　要：文化养老是老年人晚年生活幸福、获得精神满足的重要途径。目前所开展的各种文化养老存在诸如力量薄弱、受众面有限、总体发展滞后等问题。而各地正在大力建设的党群服务中心,能在一定程度上弥补以上文化养老的不足,为老年人提供持续性文化知识技能学习的机会、社交和价值展示的平台,促进了老年人的社会融入,有利于党的思想意识的传播。未来,党群服务中心应将文化养老进一步与党建融合,以医养文教混搭式发展为载体,充分发挥其文化养老功能。Cultural endowment is an important way for the elderly to live a happy life and obtain spiritual satisfaction in their later years.At present,there are some shortcomings in various cultural ways of providing for the aged,such as weak strength,limited audience and overall development lag.The party and mass service centers that are being vigorously built all over the country can,to a certain extent,make up for the deficiencies of the above pension methods,provide the elderly with opportunities for continuous learning of cultural knowledge and skills,provide a platform for social interaction and value reproduction,promote the social integration of the elderly,and facilitate the dissemination of the Party's ideology.In the future,the party and masses service center should further integrate the cultural endowment with party construction and social and economic development.In the development of the party and masses relations,it should pay attention to the development of education and culture for the elderly,form the endowment culture,and give full play to its cultural endowment function.
