摘　　要：本文以无锡市欧美同学会和无锡高新区分会为例,分别介绍和总结了前期服务地方发展的一些做法和经验;重点阐述在加强欧美同学会组织建设的前提下,激发组织活力的主要路径。一是通过立足实际,完善工作机制;二是拓宽视野,打造工作品牌;三是围绕中心,服务大局;四是学长同行,共建同心家园。通过无锡各分会建设现状分析,构思无锡市欧美同学会服务地方发展的规划布局,主张在欧美同学会服务地方发展中树立典型分会,兼顾各分会特色,将无锡高新区分会的“四度”建设进行经验分享,即搭建资源平台,实现人才价值的“高新区高度”;共商地方建设,发挥海归才智的“高新区深度”;筑起交流之桥,彰显民间外交的“高新区广度”;援助抗疫一线,体现留学报国的“高新区温度”,为无锡市欧美同学会服务地方发展的深度、高度、广度和温度研究提供借鉴。This article takes the european-american students association and the Wuxi high-tech zone branch in Wuxi as examples,this paper respectively introduces and sums up some practices and experiences of serving local development in the early stage, and emphatically expounds the main paths for stimulating the vitality of the organization under the premise of strengthening the organization construction of the European and American reunions. First, through the basis of reality, improve the working mechanism;second,broaden our vision, to create a work brand;third, around the center, to serve the overall situation;fourth, fellow students, to build a common home. Based on the analysis of the current situation of the construction of various branches in Wuxi, this paper conceives the planning and layout of the local development of the european-american alumni association in Wuxi, and advocates the establishment of typical branches in the local development of the european-american Alumni Association service, taking into account the characteristics of each branch, we will share the experience of the "four-degree" construction of the Wuxi high-tech zone, that is,building a resource platform to realize the "high-tech zone height" of talent value, discussing local construction together to give full play to the talents of overseas returnees, and building a bridge of exchange, to highlight the "breadth of high-tech zones" of non-governmental diplomacy, to assist in the fight against epidemic, and to embody the "temperature of hightech zones" of the countries that have studied abroad, so as to provide reference for the study of the depth, height, breadth and temperature of the European and American student union in Wuxi to serve the local development.
