摘　　要：常州被誉为“工业明星城市”,在不同的历史发展时期经历了辉煌、调整、转型和升级等不同的过程。常州在工业明星城市建设发展进程中积累了丰富的发展经验,包括工业立市的城市传统、勇于改革的城市精神、务实奉献的城市文化以及适时转换工业经济发展动能、持续培育工业经济发展新动能等,对于当前常州实施和塑造高质量工业明星城市战略具有重要的启示。Changzhou is known as the“star city of industry”,and has experienced different processes such as brilliance,adjustment,transformation and upgrading in different historical development periods.Changzhou has accumulated a wealth of development experience in the construction and development of an industrial star city,including the urban tradition of establishing an industrial city,the city spirit of courage to reform,the urban culture of pragmatism and dedication,as well as timely conversion of the kinetic energy of industrial economic development,and continuous cultivation of new kinetic energy of industrial economic development.It has important enlightenment for the current strategy of Changzhou to implement and shape a high-quality industrial star city.
