摘　　要：目的观察锁定加压钢板(LCP)内固定对复杂胫骨平台骨折患者骨折愈合及膝关节功能恢复的影响。方法选取2017年2月至2019年3月于本院治疗的复杂胫骨平台骨折患者60例,按随机数字表法分为两组,各30例。对照组行普通解剖钢板置入内固定术,观察组行LCP内固定术。比较两组临床指标、膝关节功能及并发症发生情况。结果观察组骨折愈合时间为(108.41±9.81)d,短于对照组的(117.26±13.07)d;膝关节功能恢复优良率为93.33%,高于对照组的73.33%;并发症发生率为3.33%,低于对照组的26.67%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组术中出血量、手术时间比较差异无统计学意义。结论LCP内固定术治疗复杂胫骨平台骨折能促进骨折愈合及膝关节功能恢复,减少并发症,可作为一种安全、有效术式于临床推广。Objective To observe the effect of locking compression plate(LCP)internal fixation on fracture healing and knee function recovery in patients with complex tibial plateau fractures.Methods 60 patients with complicated tibial plateau fractures treated in our hospital from February 2017 to March 2019 were selected and they were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group underwent general anatomical plate implantation and the observation group underwent LCP internal fixation.The clinical indicators,knee function and complications between the two groups were compared.Results The fracture healing time of the observation group was(108.41±9.81)d,which was shorter than(117.26±13.07)d of the control group,the excellent rate of knee function recovery in the observation group(93.33%)was higher than that in the control group(73.33%),and the incidence of complications in the observation group(3.33%)was lower than the control group(26.67%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in intraoperative blood loss and operation time between the two groups.Conclusion LCP internal fixation for the treatment of complex tibial plateau fractures has a definite effect on promoting fracture healing and knee joint function recovery,reducing complications,and can be used as a safe and effective surgical procedure in clinical promotion.
