肛肠病手术无痛治疗的临床应用研究

摘　　要：目的探究无痛治疗在肛肠病手术中的疗效。方法回顾性分析2018年1月至2020年1月本院收治的100例肛肠病患者的临床资料,依据治疗方法分为无痛治疗组和常规局麻组,各50例。常规局麻组术中接受常规局部麻醉,无痛治疗组患者接受无痛治疗,统计比较两组术后疼痛程度、术中肛门松弛情况及临床疗效。结果无痛治疗组术后疼痛程度0级占比显著高于常规局麻组(P<0.05),Ⅰ级占比显著低于常规局麻组(P<0.05);无痛治疗组患者的术中肛门松弛好占比显著高于常规局麻组(P<0.05)。无痛治疗组麻醉优良率为92.0%(46/50),高于常规局麻组的74.0%(37/50),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论无痛治疗在肛肠病手术的临床应用效果优于常规局麻。Objective To study the clinical application of painless treatment in anorectal operation.Methods The clinical data of 100 cases patients with anorectal diseases in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the treatment methods,they were divided into painless treatment group and conventional local anesthesia group,with 50 cases in each group.The conventional local anesthesia group received routine local anesthesia,the painless treatment group received painless treatment.The degrees of postoperative pain,relaxation of anus during operation and clinical effects between the two groups were compared.Results The proportion of postoperative pain grade 0 in painless treatment group was significantly higher than that in conventional local anesthesia group(P<0.05),the proportion of grade I was significantly lower than that of conventional local anesthesia group(P<0.05);the proportion of good anal relaxation in painless treatment group was significantly higher than that in conventional local anesthesia group(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of anesthesia in painless treatment group was 92.0%(46/50),which was higher than 74.0%(37/50)in conventional local anesthesia group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of painless treatment in anorectal surgery is better than that of conventional local anesthesia.
