摘 要:针对上海轨道交通5号线列车镟轮流程耗时较长的问题,根据现镟轮流程推测影响时长的因素,采用ASME分析法量化流程,采用关键路径法提取关键路径,采用PERT方法建模,计算出列车数和镟修完成率的关系;从缩短镟轮时长、优化调车方案、增加动态调试环节三方面提出优化流程的措施;并计算出流程优化后效率提升量以及可节约的人力成本。To solve the time-consuming problem of vehicle wheel lathing on Shanghai rail transit Line 5,the ASME(American Society of Mechanical Engineers)analysis method is used to quantify the process according to the speculation of the affecting factors.Then,by using the critical path method to extract the critical path,the relationship between the number of trains and the repair rate of wheels is calculated based on PERT(program evaluation and review technique)method.Finally,measures to optimize the wheel lathing process are proposed from three aspects:shortening the length of wheel lathing time,optimizing the shunting plan,and increasing the commissioning of the test line.The efficiency improvement and labor cost saving after the wheel lathing process optimization is calculated.
