摘 要:通信对抗是信息化作战战场克敌制胜的关键。对抗效能评估对于作战能力的提升具有重要作用。为适应真实复杂场景和新型的电磁作战模式,针对通信对抗建立效能评估方法和指标体系急需发展。在这个背景下,介绍通信对抗效能的现有评估方法和指标体系,分析美军电磁频谱作战发展趋势特别是电磁机动战、马赛克战等新型作战模式,并在此基础上提出面对实时电磁机动、复杂电磁场景的通信对抗评估体系发展建议。Communication countermeasure is the ability guarantee of conquering the enemy and achieving regional rejection strategy under the condition of information warfare.Confrontation effectiveness assessment plays an important role in improving combat capability.The effectiveness assessment method and index system for communication countermeasures are faced with complex real combat scenarios and new electromagnetic warfare modes,which need to be developed.Firstly,this paper introduces the assessment method and index system of communication countermeasure effectiveness,analyzes the development trend of electromagnetic spectrum warfare and new operational modes such as electromagnetic maneuver warfare and mosaic warfare,and puts forward suggestions on the development of communication countermeasure assessment system facing real-time electromagnetic maneuver and complex electromagnetic scenarios.
