摘　　要：以工业四甲苯分离液为反应原料,在反应温度242~262℃,反应压力1.6~2.5 MPa,空速1.5~3 h^(-1),氢烃物质的量比3.5的工艺条件下,考察了各参数对催化剂性能的影响,结果表明:反应产物中均四甲苯质量分数为22.95%,异构化率为38.41%,总收率为99.24%,催化剂性能良好,芳烃损失率较低,具备应用前景。Using industrial tetramethylbenzene separation liquid as the reaction raw material,the process conditions were investigated under the process conditions of the reaction temperature of 242~262℃,the reaction pressure of 1.6~2.5 MPa,the space velocity of 1.5~3 h^(-1),and the ratio of hydrogen to hydrocarbon material of 3.5.The effect of the catalyst shows that the mass fraction of mesitylene in the reaction product is 22.95%,the isomerization rate is 38.41%,and the total yield is 99.24%.The catalyst has good performance and low aromatic loss,which has application prospects.
