多级湿法废气脱臭技术在酸性水汽提装置的应用及优化

摘　　要：某石化公司的酸性水罐罐顶废气脱臭处理系统采用“超重力反应器废气处理技术”,虽然目前该脱臭系统运行良好,但仅靠单一的超重力反应器难以完全吸收成分复杂的罐顶恶臭废气,恶臭废气经常排放超标,同时还存在罐顶废气带液严重和铵盐结晶等问题,使得原设计的往复活塞式废气增压机也无法正常安全运行,导致脱臭后的废气并常规火炬管网困难。2019年9月对原脱臭处理系统进行升级改造,增加了二级连续胺洗脱硫系统和三级碱洗脱臭系统,解决了恶臭废气排放超标和吸收反应后的废液处理问题,并将活塞式压缩机改为离心式压缩机,解决了净化废气并火炬管网困难的问题。A petrochemical company’s acid water tank top exhaust gas deodorization treatment system uses“supergravity reactor waste gas treatment technology”.Although the deodorization system is currently operating well,it is difficult to completely absorb complex tanks with a single supergravity reactor alone.The top odor exhaust gas often exceeds the standard,and there are also problems such as serious liquid in the tank top exhaust gas and ammonium salt crystallization,which caused the original design of the reciprocating piston exhaust gas turbocharger to fail to operate normally and safely,resulting in the exhaust gas after deodorization.And the conventional torch pipe network is difficult.In September 2019,the original deodorization treatment system was upgraded,adding a secondary continuous amine elution sulfur system and a tertiary alkali elution.The compressor is changed to a centrifugal compressor,which solves the problem of difficulty in purifying exhaust gas and flare pipe network.
