摘 要:某热电厂CC100-8.83/3.8/1.47型机组凝结水泵采用立式泵结构,轴系支撑刚度差,存在电动机上部水平位置振动超标的问题,严重影响系统的安全稳定运行。针对凝结水泵电动机振动大的问题,通过现场实地测量和多次试验分析,发现凝结水泵振动大的根源是电动机在运行频率下出现了结构共振。通过调整坐架支撑,改变其固有频率,从而避免结构共振的产生,达到了降低电动机振动的目的。The condensate pump of the CC100-8.83/3.8/1.47 unit of a thermal power plant adopts a vertical pump structure.The shaft support stiffness is poor,and there is a problem of excessive vibration at the upper horizontal position of the motor,which seriously affects the safe and stable operation of the system.In view of the problem of large vibration of the condensate pump motor,through field measurement and multiple test analysis,it is found that the root cause of the large condensate pump vibration is the structural resonance of the motor at the operating frequency.By adjusting the support of the seat frame and changing its natural frequency,the occurrence of structural resonance is avoided and the purpose of reducing the vibration of the motor is achieved.
