摘　　要：新冠肺炎疫情暴发,全球蔓延,对中国及世界经济造成严重影响。通过对新冠疫情下我国与“一带一路”沿线俄语国家经贸数据进行分析,探究如何在新形势下把握俄语人才需求和培养新特点,顺应“一带一路”倡议方针,积极培养适应市场需求的各类俄语人才,以促进对“一带一路”沿线俄语国家经贸发展,助力“后疫情时代”背景下的中国经济发展。The outbreak and spreading of the COVID-19 around the world has had a severe impact on China’s economy and the world’s.The article analyzes the epidemic situation and the economic data of China and the Russian-speaking countries along“One Belt and One Road”under the COVID-19 epidemic and explores how to comply with the strategic guideline to cultivate Russian talents actively,so as to promote the economic and trade development of the Russian-speaking countries along“One Belt and One Road”and help China to recover economy in the post-epidemic era.
