摘　　要：目的比较使用自制腺样体钳夹持下等离子块状切除法和使用等离子逐层消融法切除腺样体疗效的差别及评价其临床应用价值。方法选取我科腺样体肥大患者共224例,其中112例采用自制腺样体钳等离子块状切除为实验组,另112例采用等离子逐层消融法切除作为对照组,比较两组的手术时间、术中出血量及并发症发生率。结果实验组患者手术时间明显短于对照组,术中出血量明显少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组均未发生并发症。结论使用自制腺样体钳块状切除法相比等离子逐层消融法切除腺样体可明显缩短手术时间,减少术中出血量,值得临床推广。Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of low-temperature plasma block-resection of adenoids with clamping by selfmade adenoid forceps and low-tempera-ture plasma ablation,so as to guide the choice of clinical operation.Methods:224 patients with adenoid hypertrophy in our department were selected.112 cases were treated with plasma block-resection with self-made adenoid forceps as the experimental group and112 cases with plasma ablation as the control group.Operation times,bleeding volumes and complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The operation time of the experimental group was significantly shorter than that of the control group,and the bleeding volumes of the experimental group are significantly less than those of the control group.No complications occurred in both groups.Conclusion:Compared with plasma ablation,plasma block-resection with self-made adenoid forceps can significantly shorten the operation time and reduce bleeding volumes without more complications,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
