摘　　要：目的检查女性患者手术前后半乳糖凝集素3(Gelactin-3)和血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)的表达水平,分析腹腔镜治疗对子宫内膜异位症患者子宫内膜容受性的治疗效果,为临床上腹腔镜治疗提供更多的理论依据。方法纳入2018年9月—2020年8月在我院就诊并接受腹腔镜治疗的子宫内膜异位症女性患者,共105例。对照组选择同期因输卵管不孕、卵巢良性病变、宫颈病变等在我院接受腹腔镜治疗的患者,该组患者子宫内膜正常,共110例。检测两组患者血清和子宫内膜组织中Gelactin-3和VEGF的表达水平,探讨腹腔镜治疗对子宫内膜异位症患者的改善效果。结果子宫内膜异位症患者手术前血清和子宫内膜组织中的Gelactin-3水平显著低于对照组,而VEGF表达则显著高于对照组患者(P<0.05);经过手术治疗后,子宫内膜异位症患者Gelactin-3表达显著升高,而VEGF则显著降低,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组患者手术治疗前后Gelactin-3和VEGF水平均无显著变化。结论腹腔镜手术显著降低VEGF的表达,并增加Galectin-3表达,改善子宫内膜异位症患者的病情程度,增加其妊娠率,为临床上进一步使用腹腔镜治疗提供了理论依据。Objective:To examine the expression levels of Gelactin-3 and VEGF in female patients before and after surgery,to analyze the therapeutic effect of laparoscopic treatment on endometrial receptivity in patients with endometriosis,and to provide more for clinical laparoscopic treatment the theoretical basis.Methods:A total of 105 female patients with endometriosis who received laparoscopic treatment in our hospital from September 2018 to August 2020 were enrolled;the control group at a total of 110 cases selected in the same period due to fallopian tube infertility,benign ovarian lesions,and cervical lesions received laparoscopic treatment in our hospital,and the patients'endometrium was normal.The expression levels of Gelactin-3 and VEGF in the serum and endometrial tissue of the two groups of patients were detected to explore the improvement effect of laparoscopic treatment on patients with endometriosis.Results:The levels of Gelactin-3 in the serum and endometrial tissue of patients with endometriosis before surgery were significantly lower than those in the control group,while the expression of VEGF was significantly higher than that in the control group;after surgery,endometriosis was found.The expression of Gelactin-3 was significantly increased in patients with disease,while VEGF was significantly decreased,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant change in the levels of Gelactin-3 and VEGF in the control group before and after surgery.Conclusion:Laparoscopic surgery significantly reduces the expression of VEGF and increases the expression of Galectin-3,which can improve the condition of patients with endometriosis and increase their pregnancy rate,which provides a theoretical basis for the further clinical use of laparoscopic treatment.
