针灸推拿联合黄芪桂枝五物汤加减方在痉挛型脑瘫患儿中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨针灸推拿联合黄芪桂枝五物汤加减方在痉挛型脑瘫患儿中的应用效果。方法选取平顶山市妇幼保健院2019年3月至2021年3月收治的88例痉挛型脑瘫患儿,采用随机数表法分为对照组(44例)和研究组(44例)。两组均接受基础对症治疗,对照组接受针灸推拿等治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合黄芪桂枝五物汤加减方治疗,共治疗3个月。比较两组患儿日常生活活动能力(ADL)、应人应物能力及临床治疗有效率。结果治疗3个月后,两组患儿日常生活活动能力、应人能力和应物能力评分均较前提高(P<0.05),研究组上述评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组和对照组治疗总有效率分别为95.45%(42/44)、81.82%(36/44),研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在针灸推拿等治疗的基础上联合黄芪桂枝五物汤加减方,可进一步提高对痉挛型脑瘫患儿的疗效,有效促进患儿生长发育,提升患儿应人应物能力及日常生活活动能力。Objective To explore the application effect of acupuncture and massage combined with Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction in children with spastic cerebral palsy.Methods A total of 88 children with spastic cerebral palsy admitted to the Pingdingshan Maternity and Child Health Hospital from March 2019 to March 2021 were selected.The random number table method was used to divide them into control group(44 cases)and study group(44 cases).Both groups received basic symptomatic treatment.Control group received acupuncture and massage,and study group was treated with Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction on the basis of control group.The treatment lasted for 3 months.The activities of daily living(ADL),the ability to respond to people and materials and the clinical treatment efficiency were compared between the two groups.Results After 3 months of treatment,the scores of the two groups of children’s activities of daily living,ability to respond to people,and ability to respond to objects were improved than before(P<0.05),and the scores of study group were higher than those of control group(P<0.05).The total effective rates of treatment in study group and control group were 95.45%(42/44)and 81.82%(36/44),respectively.The total effective rate of treatment in study group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The addition of Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction on the basis of acupuncture and massage therapy could further improve the curative effect of children with spastic cerebral palsy,effectively promote the growth and development,and improve the ability to respond to humans and objects and activities of daily living.
