规范化护理语言结合人文关怀护理在整形日间手术中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探究规范化护理语言结合人文关怀护理在整形日间手术中的应用效果。方法选取2019年12月至2020年6月于河南省人民医院日间手术室接受整形手术的500例患者为研究对象,依据随机数表法分为观察组(250例)和对照组(250例)。对照组接受规范化护理语言护理,观察组在对照组基础上接受人文关怀护理。比较护理前后两组患者的焦虑情绪、满意度及术后不良事件发生情况。结果护理后两组患者焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良事件发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论规范化护理语言结合人文关怀护理能有效缓解整形日间手术患者的焦虑情绪,提高患者满意度,降低术后不良事件发生率。Objective To explore the application and effect evaluation of standardized nursing language combined with humanistic care in plastic day surgery.Methods Five hundred patients who underwent plastic day surgery with Henan Provincial People’s Hospital from December 2019 to June 2020 were selected,and they were divided into observation group and control group with 250 cases each by random number table method.The control group received standardized nursing language nursing,and the observation group received humanistic care on its basis.The anxiety,patient satisfaction and postoperative adverse events of the two groups of patients before and after nursing were compared.Results The self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)scores of observation group and control group after nursing were lower than before nursing,the anxiety level of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of patients in the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Normalized nursing language combined with humanistic care can effectively relieve the anxiety of patients undergoing plastic surgery day surgery,improve patient satisfaction,and reduce the incidence of postoperative adverse events.
