摘　　要：本文介绍了通过MIG焊(熔化极惰性气体保护焊)对损伤的螺旋桨叶片进行外部损伤修复,修复后的浆叶外形尺寸、硬度、粗糙度、螺距等各项参数,均满足厂家新造浆叶的使用要求。This paper introduces the repair of the damaged blade of the fixed-pitch propeller by metal inert gas(MIG)welding,and the parameters of the repaired blade,such as dimension,hardness,roughness and pitch,met the requirements of the manufacturer's new blade.
