摘　　要：本文分析了IACS UR A2新规的实施对拖带和系泊配置的影响。通过规范解析、典型船舶系泊参数要求对比,澄清了UR A2与IMO MSC.Circ.1175的关系,提出了新规实施在设计过程中遇到的问题及对策。This paper analyzes the influence of the implementation of IACS UR A2 on towing and mooring configuration.The relationship between UR A2 and IMO MSC.circ.1175 is clarified through the interpretation and the comparison of the old and new requirements of typical ship mooring parameters,and the problems encountered in the design process of the new regulations and their countermeasures are put forward.
