高校开展QAA国际质量认证的必要性及对策研究

摘　　要：开展高等教育专业质量认证是对高校人才培养过程和培养质量进行监控和评估的重要方式与途径。该文分析了全球化背景下高校参与英国高等教育质量保证局(QAA)国际质量认证(IQR)的必要性,介绍了QAA国际质量认证标准及认证程序,提出了高校通过完善质量保障体系、开展以学生为中心的教学与评价、改进教学方法和教学手段、实施多维度的教学评价等措施积极推进QAA国际质量认证的建议。Implementing professional quality review of higher education is an important way to monitor and evaluate the process and quality of talent cultivation in colleges and universities.This paper analyzes the necessity for universities to participate in the International Quality Review(IQR)of the UK’s Quality Assurance Agency for Higher Education(QAA)under the background of globalization,introduces the standards and review procedures of the QAA International Quality Review,and proposes suggestions for universities to promote the QAA International Quality Review,such as improving the quality assurance system,implementing student-centered teaching and evaluation,improving teaching methods and teaching means,and implementing multi-dimensional teaching evaluation.
