摘　　要：非物质文化遗产是民族文化的瑰宝,“一带一路”倡议为内蒙古发展提供机遇,内蒙古需要加强非物质文化遗产的保护与价值体现。在文献研究的基础上,分析发现内蒙古非物质文化遗产发展存在保护意识欠缺、传承主体老龄化、传播机制缺乏创新性等问题。结合“一带一路”倡议背景,内蒙古非物质文化遗产的保护需要以铸牢中华民族共同体意识为主线,坚定文化自信,促进非遗文化交流互鉴;拓宽传承路径,加强非遗主体代际传承;创新传播机制,提高民族文化发展活力等对策和建议。The intangible cultural heritage is a treasure of national culture.The Belt and Road Initiative provides opportunities for the development of Inner Mongolia,while at the same time the intangible cultural heritage and its values in Inner Mongolia should be protected and explored.On the basis of literature study,it is found that there are some problems in the development of intangible cultural heritage,such as the lack of protection consciousness,the aging of the inheritors,and the lack of innovation in the communication mechanism.In the context of the“Belt and Road”initiative,the Inner Mongolia intangible cultural heritagecan be protected by fostering a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation,strengthening the cultural self-confidence,and promoting the exchange at home and abroad.The countermeasures and suggestions are as follows:widening the path of inheritance,strengthening the intergenerational inheritance,innovating the transmission mechanism,and enhancing the vitality of national culture development.
