《秦·火》:全球化时代地方文化发展的焦虑

摘　　要：《秦·火》试图呈现社火民俗,以促进地方文化和经济的发展。它没有全面展示社火及其文化意义,却主要讲述了一个爱情故事。这说明影片对社火的信心不足,期望以人情味博得目光。在发展传统文化中,文化血统论还有一定的市场。这部影片试图纠正这种认识,传播一种关于地方和文化之间关系的新观念,吸引更多的有志者弘扬有特色的地方文化。地方文化发展与传统观念之间的冲突,是国内各地面临的一个重要难题。这些地方既想发展自己的独特文化,又担心这些文化的归属权被他人控制,从而削弱当地的文化魅力。这就是地方文化在全球化时代弘扬文化时面临的焦虑。The film Qin Fire,intended to promote the local economy,endeavors to make shehuo,a folk show locally performed at festivals,a selling point.While not showing the overall picture of the performance,it however narrates a love story.This seems to say,the film,while not very confident in the performance,tries to call attention with humanism to a place where the performance is popular.In the development of traditional culture,there today is a recognized theory of cultural bloodline,i.e.only family successors of a folk art’s inventors are qualified to learn it.Qin Fire attempts to correct this theory and attract interested people to learn and spread special local arts.The conflict between local cultural development and traditional ideas is an important problem faced by various places in China.These places want to promote their unique arts but worry that the ownership of these cultures will be controlled by others and thereby weakening the local cultural charm.This is the anxiety of Chinese places in promoting culture at the age of globalization.
