经济文化背景对我国城市竞技体育项目设项影响的思考——基于比较优势理论的典型实验研究

摘　　要：运用比较优势理论,以广东省第14、15届运动会东莞市竞技体育组各项目成绩、东莞市第7-9届运动会各项目成绩为研究对象,系统分析比较优势项目和比较潜优势项目,促进东莞市竞技体育科学化布局,也为我国城市竞技体育项目布局策略提供参考。研究认为,比较优势理论能够很好地厘清和推进城市竞技体育科学布局;以职业篮球为特征的东莞市竞技体育职业化整体水平位居广东省及至全国前列且呈持续上升趋势;东莞市竞技体育比较优势项目和潜优势项目表现出极强的区域分布集中趋势。研究建议:1)我国市级城市可通过比较优势理论促进本市竞技体育项目科学布局;2)城市竞技体育项目布局既要考虑竞技体育成绩也要关注群众体育发展与市场化发展;3)城市竞技体育项目布局须兼顾现有比较优势项目和项目可持续发展关系。Based on the theory of comparative advantage,this paper takes the achievements of Dongguan competitive sports group in the 14th and 15th Guangdong games and the 7th-9th Dongguan games as the research object,systematically analyzes the comparative advantage and potential advantage,promotes the scientific layout of Dongguan competitive sports,and provides reference for the layout strategy of urban competitive sports in China.The research shows that the theory of comparative advantage can clarify and promote the scientific layout of urban competitive sports;the overall level of competitive sports professionalization of Dongguan City,characterized by professional basketball,is in the forefront of Guangdong Province and the whole country and shows a continuous upward trend;the comparative advantage and potential advantage sports of Dongguan City show a strong regional distribution and concentration trend.The research suggests that:1)the city level cities of our country can promote the scientific layout of the city's competitive sports through the theory of comparative advantage;2)the layout of the city's competitive sports should not only consider the achievements of competitive sports,but also pay attention to the development of mass sports and market-oriented development;3)the layout of the city's competitive sports should take into account the existing relationship between comparative advantage projects and sustainable development of projects.
