摘 要:新钢球团厂采用链箅机-回转窑球团法,生产过程中预热二段侧墙、拱顶和大溜体结瘤多,严重影响生产顺行,通过分析结瘤形成的原因,采取调整预热段工艺、改变大溜体结构和对铲料板积料在线清理等措施,结瘤大幅度减少,减少了停机清理次数和时间。Xin Steel Corporation pelletizing plant adopts chain grate-rotary kiln pellet method,more nodules accumulated on the side wall of secondary preheating section,arch and big slip body in the course of production,which has seriously influenced to smooth running of production,by analysis of cause of Nodulation,measures have been taken on adjustment of preheating engineering process,alter structure of big slip body and online cleaning of accumulation of shovel plate,Nodulation has been greatly reduced,thus frequency and time of shutdown cleaning has been reduced.
