摘  要:恒沸精馏是化工过程一种特殊的分离方法。将正己烷作恒沸剂制备无水乙醇实验设为化工类本科综合性实验,通过引导学生查阅资料文献,结合物理化学、化工原理、化工热力学、仪器分析等多门学科知识进行实验操作。本实验中,学生熟悉了精馏塔结构、操作方法及物料衡算,巩固了对混合物气相平衡、三元体系相图的理解,掌握了气相色谱分析原料及产物组成的方法,达到了综合实验教学效果。Azeotropic distillation is a special separation method in chemical process.The preparation of anhydrous ethanol with n-hexane as azeotrope was designed as a comprehensive experiment of chemical engineering.By consulting literature,the students combined with physical chemistry,chemical engineering principle,chemical engineering thermodynamic,instrument analysis and other professional knowledge to carry out experimental operation.In this experiment,students are familiar with the structure of distillation column,operation method and material balance,consolidate the understanding of mixture vapor phase balance and ternary system phase diagram,master the method of gas chromatography analysis of raw materials and product composition,and achieve the comprehensive experimental teaching effect.
