摘  要:为解决常规火焰矫形效率低下的问题,文中提出涨拉火焰矫形技术,在焊接变形调修前使用涨拉工装反向施加拉伸强制变形,同时进行火焰调修作业,实际验证表明涨拉工艺矫形效率是常规火焰矫形的2.5倍。通过数值计算实现焊接、涨拉、矫形等工艺过程中的应力、变形传递模拟。计算结果表明,常规矫形降低原有焊缝纵向拉应力水平,降低框架中心原有挠曲变形压应力水平;涨拉条件下的火焰矫形,其压应力降低效果更好,可有效增加焰道及其周围的压缩塑性应变区,从而获得更好的矫形效果。In order to solve the problem of low efficiency of conventional flame correction,the expansion and tension flame correction technology was proposed in this paper.Before welding deformation and adjustment,the expansion and tension tool was used to reversely apply the tension and forced deformation,and the flame adjustment operation was carried out at the same time.The actual verification showed that the efficiency of the expansion and tension process correction was 2.5 times that of conventional flame correction.Numerical calculations were used to simulate the stress and deformation transfer in welding,stretching,and orthopedic processes.The calculation results showed that conventional correction reduced the longitudinal tensile stress level of the original weld and reduced the original flexural deformation compressive stress level of the frame center.The flame correction under the condition of expansion and tension had a better compressive stress reduction effect,which could effectively increase the flame channel and compression plastic strain zone around it,so as to obtain a better orthopedic effect.
