摘  要:目的观察桥接组合式内固定系统治疗四肢及骨盆骨折的疗效,并探讨其安全性。方法回顾性分析2016年1月至2018年6月收治的50例四肢及骨盆骨折患者的临床资料,均采用桥接组合式内固定系统进行治疗,术后患者早期进行功能康复锻炼。根据骨折的愈合时间、骨折畸形愈合发生率、骨不连发生率、内固定失败(包括松动、断裂等)发生率、肢体功能恢复情况等评估疗效。结果50例患者均完成随访,随访时间为12~24个月,平均(16.3±4.5)个月。骨性愈合时间3~6个月,平均(5.5±2.7)个月。疗效优37例,良9例,可4例,优良率为92.3%;随访中未发现畸形愈合、骨不连、内固定物失效等并发症发生。结论桥接组合式内固定系统治疗于四肢及骨盆骨折,临床疗效良好,且安全性高。Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of bridge combined internal fixation system(BCFS)in the treatment of extremity and pelvic fractures.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on clinical data of 50 patients with limb and pelvic fractures admitted from January 2016 to June 2018.All patients received BCFS and early postoperative functional rehabilitation exercise.The curative effect was evaluated according to the healing time of fracture,incidence of malunion,nonunion,failure of internal fixation(loosening and fracture),and recovery of limb function.Results All the 50 patients were followed up for 12-24 months(average,(16.3±4.5)months).Bone healing time was 3-6 months(average,(5.5±2.7)months).The curative effect was excellent in 37 cases,good in 9 cases and fair in 4 cases,with an excellent and good rate of 92.3%.No complications such as malunion,bone nonunion and internal fixation failure were found during follow-up.Conclusion The BCFS is effective and safe for treating extremity and pelvic fractures.
