外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病患者阴道乳杆菌黏附性及免疫功能调节的研究

摘　　要：目的研究外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病(VVC)患者阴道乳杆菌黏附功能和其调节局部免疫功能的特点。方法从VVC患者和健康对照女性阴道分泌物中分离乳杆菌并鉴定。测定两组获得不同乳杆菌菌种(株)与阴道鳞状上皮细胞株VK2/E6E7的黏附功能,并检测在不同乳杆菌存在时,阴道鳞状上皮细胞株VK2/E6E7分泌白介素(IL)-1α、IL-1β、IL-6和IL-8的水平。结果VVC组的卷曲乳杆菌、加氏乳杆菌和发酵乳杆菌的黏附能力明显低于对照组。与对照组比较,VVC组的卷曲乳杆菌、发酵乳杆菌能上调IL-6和IL-8的水平,阴道乳杆菌能上调IL-6水平,而加氏乳杆菌、德氏乳杆菌能上调IL-1α和IL-1β的水平。结论VVC组患者乳杆菌黏附性减低,调节阴道局部免疫功能存在异常。Objective To investigate the ability of adhesion and the function of regulating local immune factors in vulvovaginal Candidiasis(VVC)patients.Methods Lactobacillus strains were isolated and identified from vaginal secretions of VVC patients and healthy control women.The adhesion ability of different vaginal Lactobacillus strains with vaginal squamous cell line VK2/E6E7 was measured.The levels of interleukin(IL)-1α,IL-1β,IL-6 and IL-8 secreted by vaginal squamous cell line VK2/E6E7 in the presence of different Lactobacillus were measured.Results The adhesion abilities of Lactobacillus crispatus,Lactobacillus gasseri and Lactobacillus fermentum in VVC group was significantly lower than those in control group.Compared with the control group,Lactobacillus crispatus and Lactobacillus fermentum in VVC group could upregulate the level of IL-6 and IL-8,Lactobacillus vaginalis could upregulate the level of IL-6,while Lactobacillus gasseri and Lactobacillus delbrueckii could upregulate the level of IL-1αand IL-1β.Conclusion In VVC group,the adherence of Lactobacilli is decreased and the local immune function of vagina is abnormal.
