豨莶通栓胶囊联合西比灵胶囊治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足所致眩晕的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨联用豨莶通栓胶囊和西比灵胶囊治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足所致眩晕的效果。方法:选取2020年2月至2021年2月期间某医院收治的78例椎-基底动脉供血不足所致眩晕患者作为研究对象。将其中联用豨莶通栓胶囊和西比灵胶囊进行治疗的39例患者设为试验组,将其中单用西比灵胶囊进行治疗的39例患者设为对照组。比较两组患者治疗的效果。结果:治疗后,试验组患者治疗的总有效率、血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)的水平均高于对照组患者,P<0.05;其眩晕障碍量表(DHI)的评分、血清低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、甘油三酯(TG)的水平均低于对照组患者,P<0.05。结论:联用豨莶通栓胶囊和西比灵胶囊治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足所致眩晕的效果较为理想,可有效地调节此病患者的血脂,改善其临床症状。Objective:To investigate the effect of sibilin Capsule combined with Sibilin Capsule in the treatment of vertigo caused by vertebrobasilar artery insufficiency.Methods:A total of 78 patients with vertigo caused by vertebrobasilar insufficiency admitted to a hospital from February 2020 to February 2021 were selected as the study subjects.Among them,39 patients treated with Sibilin Capsule and Herba Sibilin capsule were selected as experimental group,and 39 patients treated with Sibilin capsule alone were selected as control group.The effect of treatment was compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate and serum high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)level in experimental group were higher than those in control group,P<0.05;The score of vertigo Disorder Scale(DHI),serum low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)and triglyceride(TG)levels were lower than those of control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The combined treatment of Sibilin Sibilin Capsule and Herba Siegesbeckiae Capsule had an ideal effect on vertigo caused by vertebrobasilar artery insufficiency,which could effectively regulate the blood lipid of patients with this disease and improve their clinical symptoms.
