腰丛联合坐骨神经阻滞麻醉复合小剂量丙泊酚对高龄股骨粗隆间骨折手术患者实施麻醉的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨用腰丛联合坐骨神经阻滞麻醉复合小剂量丙泊酚对高龄股骨粗隆间骨折手术患者实施麻醉的效果。方法:选取2019年2月至2020年2月期间在绵阳市中心医院进行手术的60例高龄股骨粗隆间骨折患者作为研究对象。将这些患者平均分为常规组和试验组。对常规组患者进行静脉全身麻醉,用腰丛联合坐骨神经阻滞麻醉复合小剂量丙泊酚对试验组患者进行麻醉。然后比较两组患者感觉神经阻滞、运动神经阻滞起效的时间及持续的时间。结果:麻醉后,试验组患者感觉神经阻滞、运动神经阻滞起效的时间均短于常规组患者,P<0.05;其感觉神经阻滞、运动神经阻滞持续的时间均长于常规组患者,P<0.05。结论:用腰丛联合坐骨神经阻滞麻醉复合小剂量丙泊酚对高龄股骨粗隆间骨折手术患者实施麻醉的效果较为理想,可缩短其麻醉起效的时间,延长其麻醉维持的时间。Objective:To investigate the effect of lumbar plexus combined with sciatic nerve block anesthesia combined with low-dose propofol on elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture of femur.Methods:Sixty elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture of femur who underwent surgery in Mianyang Central Hospital from February 2019 to February 2020 were selected as the study subjects.These patients were equally divided into the conventional group and the experimental group.Patients in the conventional group were subjected to intravenous general anesthesia,and patients in the experimental group were subjected to lumbar plexus combined with sciatic nerve block anesthesia combined with low-dose propofol.Then the effective time and duration of sensory nerve block and motor nerve block were compared between the two groups.Results:After anesthesia,the effective time of sensory nerve block and motor nerve block in experimental group was shorter than that in conventional group,P<0.05;The duration of sensory nerve block and motor nerve block was longer than that of conventional group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Lumbar plexus combined with sciatic nerve block anesthesia combined with low-dose propofol has a better effect on elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture of femur,which can shorten the onset time and prolong the maintenance time of anes thesia.
