摘 要:倾斜薄矿体开采一直是全世界采矿工程中的难题,结合大新锰矿西北片区地质条件,当两层以上的矿叠加在一起,相邻矿体之间夹层大于7 m,倾角在13(°)~60(°)之间时,探讨了这类薄矿体的采矿工艺。设计采用房柱采矿法回采,总结了浅孔爆破、电耙耙矿、电机车运矿的方式,通过采准工程的合理布置,可满足安全生产,能达到提高回采率、降低贫化率的目的。The mining of inclined thin ore-body has always been a difficult problem in mining engineering all over the world.Combined with the geological conditions in the northwest area of Daxin Manganese Mine,we have discussed about the mining technology of this kind of thin ore-body.When the ore with more than two layers is superimposed together,the interlayer between adjacent ore-bodies is more than 7 m,and the dip Angle is between 13(°)and 60(°).The design adopts the room-pillar mining method.It summarizes the shallow hole blasting,including electric rake ore,electric locomotive ore transportation.Through the reasonable layout of mining engineering,we can meet the safety of production to achieve the purpose of improving the recovery rate,reduce the dilution rate.
