急倾斜矿体控制矿房围岩冒落方法探讨

摘  要:急倾斜矿房围岩控制一直是采矿工程的难题。针对广西大新锰矿的特点,采用中深孔分段崩矿留矿法,漏斗受矿电耙底部结构,围岩自然冒落充填空区,研究探索了急倾斜矿房围岩控制的工艺。通过矿房矿柱的合理布置,延迟采空区围岩冒落,以达到减少废石混入率的生产目的。The surrounding rock control of steeply inclined rooms is always a difficult problem in mining engineering.According to the characteristics of Daxin Manganese mine,the technology of surrounding rock control of the steeply-inclined ore rooms is studied to be explored by adopting middle-deep hole sublevel caving and ore retaining method.We all know of the bottom structure of funnel by electric rake and the natural caving of surrounding rock to fill the mined-out area.By reasonable arrangement of room and pillar,the caving of surrounding rock in goaf can be delayed to reduce the mixing rate of waste rock.
