摘 要:文章详细分析了国六轻型车OBD系统未决故障代码、确认故障代码、永久故障代码和冻结帧的判定、存储和清除要求,以及MIL的点亮、熄灭原则,总结出一套满足国六排放法规要求的OBD系统故障管理机制,并通过典型案例下单个或多个OBD故障同时发生时的故障代码、冻结帧和MIL的处理时序进一步阐述了OBD系统故障监测及响应机制。The definition,storage and erasure requirements for pending fault codes,confirmed fault codes,permanent fault codes and freeze frames of on-board diagnosis(OBD)system for light-duty vehicles with ChinaⅥemission regulation applied are analyzed in this paper.The lighting and extinguishing principles of malfunction indicator light(MIL)are also introduced.In addition,the fault management mechanism of OBD system which meets the requirements of regulations is proposed,and through the fault code,freeze frame and MIL processing sequence when single or multiple OBD faults occur simultaneously in some typical cases,the OBD system fault monitoring and response mechanism is further explained.
