摘  要:文章就南京金龙D07/D10盲窗车型内腔电泳不良问题,结合现场实际作业情况,从涂装电泳线设备、槽液工艺参数、车身凸凹面、漏液孔、排气孔及防电磁屏蔽设计等方面系统分析,并通过工艺验证,找到了一种成本低且方便快捷的改进方案,且该方案在实际应用中取得了较好的成效。This article focuses on the poor electrophoresis of the inner cavity of Nanjing Jinlong D07/D10 blind window models,combined with the actual operating conditions on site,from coating electrophoresis line equipment,tank fluid process parameters,body convex and concave surfaces,leakage holes,exhaust holes and anti-electromagnetic shielding design.Through systematic analysis and process verification,a low-cost,convenient and quick improvement scheme was found,and the scheme has achieved good results in practical applications.
