摘 要:专业课程是课程思政建设的基本载体。课堂是育人的“主战场”,教师是课堂教学的第一责任人。《汽车售后服务管理》课程是汽车营销与服务、汽车检测与维修技术等专业的核心课程,具有十分重要的研究意义。课程思政教学设计围绕融会贯通和知行合一原则,对接汽车企业服务顾问岗位职业能力。课程通过专业人物育人、服务案例育人、知识讲习育人、实训育人、课堂管理育人等方式发掘思政元素。文章从教学内容、思政映射与融入点、思政教学环节设计、授课形式与教学方法、预期成效等方面展开教学过程设计,有机融入课程教学,达到润物无声的育人效果。The professional curriculum is the basic carrier of the construction of course ideological and political education.The classroom is the"main battlefield"of education and the teacher is the first responsible person of classroom teaching.The course of Automotive After-sales Service Management is the core course of automobile marketing and service,automobile testing and repair technology and other majors,and has very important research significance.The design of course ideological and political education is based on the principle of integration and unity of knowledge and action,and is connected to the vocational ability of service consultant positions in automobile enterprises.The course discovers the element of course ideological and political education through professional character education,service case education,knowledge seminar education,practical training education,classroom management education,etc.The teaching process is designed from the aspects of teaching content,mapping and integration points,design of teaching links,teaching forms and methods,expected results,etc.,and is organically integrated into the course to achieve a silent effect of educating people in this paper.
