倍他乐克在慢性充血性心力衰竭治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的观察慢性充血性心力衰竭采用酒石酸美托洛尔片(商品名:倍他乐克)治疗的效果。方法60例充血性心力衰竭患者为研究对象,结合入院治疗时间的先后顺序分为对照组及观察组,每组30例。对照组给予基础性治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合倍他乐克治疗。对比两组的治疗效果,治疗前后的收缩压水平,不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率86.67%明显高于对照组的56.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者的收缩压(100.12±16.58)mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa)明显低于对照组的(115.38±11.23)mm Hg,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的不良反应发生率6.67%低于对照组的33.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论慢性充血性心力衰竭患者应用基础性治疗联合倍他乐克治疗能够提高治疗效果,改善收缩压,同时减少不良反应,值得推广应用。Objective To observe the effect of metoprolol tartrate tablets(trade name:Betaloc)in the treatment of chronic congestive heart failure.Methods A total of patients with chronic congestive heart failure were studied and divided into control group and observation group according to the sequence of admission and treatment time,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with basic therapy,and the observation group was treated with Betaloc on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects,systolic blood pressure before and after treatment,and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 86.67%,which was significantly higher than 56.67%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the systolic blood pressure(100.12±16.58)mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa)of the observation group was significantly lower than(115.38±11.23)mm Hg of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions 6.67%in the observation group was lower than 33.33%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For chronic congestive heart failure,the application of basic therapy combined with Betaloc treatment can improve the therapeutic effect and systolic blood pressure,while reducing the adverse reactions,and is worthy of promotion and adoption.
