阿奇霉素口服联合重组人表皮生长因子衍生物滴眼液对糖尿病患者白内障术后干眼的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨阿奇霉素口服联合重组人表皮生长因子衍生物滴眼液对糖尿病患者白内障术后干眼的影响。方法50例白内障术后干眼的糖尿病患者,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组25例。对照组采取0.1%玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用阿奇霉素口服联合重组人表皮生长因子衍生物滴眼液治疗。对比两组患者治疗效果及治疗前后泪膜破裂时间(BUT)、眼表疾病指数量表(OSDI)评分。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率为96.0%,明显高于对照组患者的76.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者OSDI评分均较本组治疗前降低,且观察组患者OSDI评分(2.81±1.15)分低于对照组的(4.76±2.17)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者BUT均长于本组治疗前,且观察组患者BUT(13.89±2.96)s长于对照组的(10.53±2.69)s,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阿奇霉素口服联合重组人表皮生长因子衍生物滴眼液对糖尿病患者白内障手术后干眼的治疗效果显著,值得临床推广应用。Objective To discuss the effect of oral azithromycin combined with recombinant human epidermal growth factor derivative eye drops on dry eyes after cataract surgery in diabetes mellitus patients.Methods A total of 50 cases of diabetes mellitus patients with dry eye after cataract surgery were divided into observation group and control group by random numerical table,with 25 cases in each group.The control group was treated with 0.1%sodium hyaluronate eye drops,and the observation group was treated with oral azithromycin and recombinant human epidermal growth factor derivative eye drops on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect,break-up time(BUT)and ocular surface disease index(OSDI)scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.0%,which was significantly higher than 76.0%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,OSDI scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and OSDI score(2.81±1.15)points of the observation group was lower than(4.76±2.17)points of the control group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,BUT of the two groups was longer than that before treatment,and BUT(13.89±2.96)s of the observation group was longer than(10.53±2.69)s of the control group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of oral azithromycin and recombinant human epidermal growth factor derivative eye drops has obvious therapeutic effect on dry eye after cataract surgery in diabetes mellitus patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
