摘 要:目的探讨肺部感染患者应用中成药物制剂联合常规抗菌药物治疗的效果。方法52例肺部感染患者,根据随机数字表法分为常规组(18例)和实验组(34例)。常规组患者应用常规抗菌药物治疗,实验组患者应用常规抗菌药物联合清开灵中成药剂治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果、临床症状缓解时间、住院时间、用药不良反应发生情况。结果实验组患者治疗总有效率为97.1%,高于常规组的72.2%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者咳嗽控制时间、肺部湿啰音消失时间、发热控制时间、住院时间分别为(3.03±1.41)、(3.84±0.95)、(3.62±1.30)、(7.29±2.13)d,短于常规组的(4.78±1.69)、(5.52±1.20)、(5.80±1.67)、(13.18±1.47)d,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者用药不良反应发生率为2.9%,低于常规组的22.2%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用清开灵中成药联合常规抗菌药物治疗肺部感染效果显著,可有效改善患者临床症状,缩短住院时间,降低不良反应发生风险,值得临床深入研究与推广应用。Objective To discuss the effect of Chinese patent medicines(Qingkailin injection)in the treatment of pulmonary infections under conventional antibacterial therapy.Methods A total of 52 patients with pulmonary infections were divided into conventional group(18 cases)and experimental group(34 cases)according to the random numerical table.Patients in the conventional group were treated with conventional antibacterial drugs,and patients in the experimental group were treated with conventional antibacterial drugs and Qingkailing injection patent medicines.Both groups were compared in terms of therapeutic effect,clinical symptom remission time,hospitalization time,and the occurrence of adverse drug reactions.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 97.1%,which was higher than 72.2%in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The cough control time,lung rales disappearance time,fever control time,and hospitalization time of the experimental group were(3.03±1.41),(3.84±0.95),(3.62±1.30),(7.29±2.13)d,which were shorter than(4.78±1.69),(5.52±1.20),(5.80±1.67),(13.18±1.47)d of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse drug reactions in the experimental group was 2.9%,which was lower than 22.2%in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Qingkailing injection and conventional antibacterial drugs can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with pulmonary infection,shorten the hospitalization time,and reduce the risk of adverse reactions,which is suitable for further clinical research and application.
