摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜手术导致泌尿道损伤的治疗体会。方法78例腹腔镜手术导致泌尿道损伤患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各39例。对照组进行常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上进行病情观察、围手术期间观察和健康指导。比较两组临床疗效。结果观察组总有效率97.44%高于对照组的82.05%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜手术导致泌尿道损伤后要及时进行治疗和干预,可以有效杜绝严重并发症发生,从而提高治疗效果,改善患者的生活质量。Objective To discuss the therapeutic effect and observation of urinary tract injury in laparoscopic surgery.Methods A total of 78 patients with urinary tract injury in laparoscopic surgery were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 39 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment,and the observation group received disease observation,perioperative observation and health guidance on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.44%,which was higher than 82.05%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Timely treatment and intervention for urinary tract injury in laparoscopic surgery can effectively eliminate the occurrence of serious complications,thus improving the therapeutic effect and the quality of life of patients.
