摘　　要：数字技术催生了以数据为关键生产要素的数字经济形态,表现出参与者身份相对模糊、更关注产品使用和服务延伸等与传统经济不同的形式。梳理与总结数字经济学一方面有助于指导社会生产方式数字化转型,另一方面也有助于发展甚至重构经济管理理论逻辑。在梳理数字经济内涵特征的基础上,结合数据要素非竞争性、使能性、生产与消费统一性等特征以及数字技术促使社会生产方式变革的路径,探讨数字经济学的理论基础,并提出未来需要重点关注的研究议题,为构建数字经济学术共同体提供借鉴。Recently,the development of digital technology has inspired the digital economy which takes data as a key factor of production.Compared with the traditional economy,digital economy has ambiguous participants and pays more attention to products usage and service extension.Clarifying the connotation,characteristics and theoretical basis of digital economy is helpful to understand the digital transformation of social production mode and guide the process.On the other hand,it would contribute to the development or even reconstruction of the digital economy's theoretical logic.On the basis of clarifying the definition of digital economy,this article analyzes the theoretical foundation of digital economy which combining the features of data elements and the ways that digital technology enables the production transformation.Aiming to provide new ideas for the establishment of digital economy-academic community,it also proposes the key scientific issues that should be paid more attention to in the future.
