补肾化瘀安胎法联合穴位敷贴治疗先兆流产合并宫腔积液疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察补肾化瘀安胎法联合穴位敷贴治疗先兆流产合并宫腔积液的临床疗效。方法:将84例先兆流产合并宫腔积液患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组42例。对照组予黄体酮针治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上予补肾化瘀安胎法联合穴位敷贴治疗。两组均以1周为1个疗程,连续治疗2个疗程。比较两组临床疗效及治疗后临床症状的改善情况。结果:治疗组总有效率为92.86%,对照组为73.81%,两组疗效差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后阴道流血停止时间及腰酸腹痛消失时间明显少于对照组(P<0.01),血清内分泌激素(β-HCG、P、E_(2))水平高于对照组(P<0.05),主要症状评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用补肾化瘀安胎法联合穴位敷贴治疗先兆流产合并宫腔积液可有效减少宫腔积液,对症状改善显著,优于单纯西医治疗疗效。Objective:To study on the therapeutic effect of Bushen Huayu Antai Method combined with acupoint application therapy on threatened abortion complicated with uterine cavity liquid.Methods:Eight-four patients of threatened abortion complicated with uterine cavity liquid were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,and with 42 cases in each group.One course of treatment lasted one week,and the whole treatment lasted for 2 courses.The clinical total effective rate and the improvement of clinical symptoms in the treatment group were com-pared.Results:The total efficiency was 92.86%in the treatment group and 73.81%in the control group,with a statisti-cally significant difference(P<0.05).The vaginal bleeding time,abdominal pain and lumbar acid improvement time in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.01).The levels ofβ-HCG,P and E_(2) in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatments(P<0.05).The Chinese medicine symptom scores in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bush⁃en Huayu Antai Method combined with acupoint application is quite effective in the treatment of threatened abortion to reduce endometrial cavity fluid.The improvement of symptoms was better than that of western medicine alone.
