摘 要:在对常见烟气脱硫处理方法进行介绍的基础上,针对某铜冶炼企业优化作业环境的实际需求,从投资额、占地面积、运行成本、废水产生量及处理成本、烟气尾排情况等方面对钙法、镁法、钠法、H2O2法、氨法等工艺进行了综合比选,钠法脱硫工艺为最优方案。该方案解决主厂房低空烟气问题,改善了作业环境,降低了脱硫生产负荷,稳定实现烟气微量排放。Based on the introduction of common flue gas desulfurization treatment methods and in view of the needs of a copper smelting enterprise to optimize the operating environment,wet desulfurization process routes such as calcium method,magnesium method,sodium method,H2O2 method and ammonia method are compared and selected from the aspects of investment,floor area,operation cost,wastewater generation and treatment cost,flue gas tail discharge,etc.Finally,combined with regional characteristics and existing processes,a most suitable sodium desulfurization process route is studied.After the application of the process,the problem of low altitude flue gas in the main power house is solved,the working environment is improved,the desulfurization production load is reduced,and the micro emission of flue gas is stably realized.
