摘  要:采用单传动辊压机对辽西某特大型极贫磁铁矿石进行破碎工业试验,综合分析了破碎产品粒度分布特性,发现产品粒度分布符合R-R粒度特性方程,且具有自相似性,在试验范围内不受给矿粒度分布和矿石硬度影响;探讨了给矿粒度上限对破碎的影响,并与格子型球磨机排矿粒度分布特性进行了比较,认为适宜的给矿粒度上限为30 mm;单传动辊压机破碎产品与现场格子型球磨机排矿粒度分布特性相近。A single drive pressure roller was introduced in a commercial-scale test to crush an ultralow-grade magnetite ore from an oversized mine of western Liaoning Province.According to the particle size distribution(PSD)measurement,the PSD of crushed products conforms well to Rosin-Rammler size characteristic equation and possesses a self-similarity property,which isn′t affected by the PSD of feeding and the hardness of ore.Based on the discussion on the influence of the upper size limit of the feed on crushing performance and the comparison between the PSD of their products,it is suggested that the rational upper size limit shall be 30 mm,and it also can be concluded that the crushed ore from single-drive pressure roller shows to have the similar PSD as the product from the grate ball mill on the site.
