摘 要:对刚果(金)某高氧化率铜钴矿进行了选冶联合工艺试验研究。以回收铜为主,综合考虑回收钴,采用“先浮硫化矿、后硫化浮选氧化矿”的异步浮选流程,分别得到铜品位29.39%、钴品位0.47%、铜回收率27.09%、钴回收率6.50%的硫化铜钴精矿和铜品位8.79%、钴品位0.52%、铜回收率50.91%、钴回收率45.71%的氧化铜钴精矿2种产品;氧化矿浮选获得的综合中矿经硫酸浸出,所得铜钴回收率分别为16.30%和23.37%。最终选冶联合工艺获得铜、钴总回收率分别为94.30%和75.58%。An experimental study on a combined beneficiation and metallurgical processing technique was conducted to treat a highly oxidized copper-cobalt ore from D R Congo.Focusing on Cu recovery and with the Co recovery taken into a comprehensive consideration,an asynchronous flotation flowsheet was adopted to float sequentially sulfide minerals and sulfurized oxide minerals,resulting a copper-cobalt sulfide concentrate graded 29.39%Cu and 0.47%Co with recoveries of 27.09%Cu and 6.50%Co,and a copper-cobalt oxide concentrate graded 8.79%Cu and 0.52%Co with recoveries of 50.91%Cu and 45.71%Co.The bulk middlings from copper-cobalt oxide flotation were leached using H2SO4,leading to recoveries of Cu and Co up to 16.30%and 23.37%respectively.With this combined beneficiation and metallurgical processes,the total recoveries of Cu and Co can attain 94.30%and 75.58%respectively.
