摘 要:针对现有ADC模型用于系统作战效能评估时,存在没有结合实际作战过程的问题,提出一种改进ADC评估模型。该模型根据通信对抗任务实施的实际过程,对可用度向量和可信度矩阵进行分阶段分析和改进,然后建立评估指标体系,并对指标进行量化计算,最后结合改进模型,实现了通信对抗系统作战效能的定量评估。仿真实验表明,改进模型克服了传统ADC模型没有结合作战实际过程,状态描述粗略的缺点,更加贴近实际,提高了系统作战效能定量评估水平。In order to solve the problem that the existing ADC(availability dependability capability)model was not combined with the actual combat process when it was used in the combat effectiveness evaluation,an improved ADC evaluation model was proposed.According to the actual process of the implementation of communication countermeasure task,the availability vector and dependability matrix were analyzed and improved by stages in this model.Then the evaluation index system was established and the quantitative calculation of the indexes was carried out.Finally,operational effectiveness of the communication countermeasure system was quantitatively evaluated by combining with the improved ADC model.The simulation results showed that improved model overcomes the shortcomings of the traditional ADC model,which did not combine with the actual operational process,and roughly describes the state.It was closer to the reality and improved the quantitative evaluation level of system operational effectiveness.
