摘  要:通过对液压缸筒用无缝钢管的性能要求和工艺特点的分析,进行以V、Cr为基的合金成分设计,并制定了相应的冶炼、轧制、热处理工艺控制措施,成功开发出综合性能优良的液压缸筒用无缝钢管。试制钢管屈服强度大于480 MPa,抗拉强度大于650 MPa,-20℃纵向低温冲击值大于100 J。The alloy composition design based on V and Cr is carried out through analyzing the performance requirements and technological characteristics of seamless steel tube for hydraulic cylinder as well as the corresponding control measures of smelting,rolling and heat treatment technology are formulated so that the seamless steel tube with excellent comprehensive performance is successfully developed.The yield strength,tensile strength and longitudinal low-temperature impact value at-20℃of trial-manufacture steel tube are more than 480 MPa,650 MPa and 100 J respectively.
