摘　　要：包钢钢管公司Φ180 mm机组煤气环形加热炉是钢管生产轧制过程中最重要的设备。文章分析了煤气环形加热炉燃烧控制系统存在煤气热值不稳定、流量元件检测不准、阀门流量特性偏失等缺陷,采取了升级温度控制程序,引入空气过剩系数自动修正策略,预留空燃比自动调节接口,新增空气总管压力自动控制,新增炉压自动控制软件,新增自动启炉和气密测试功能,新增回路基本报警、连锁等燃烧控制系统智能化升级的改造措施,最终实现了较为稳定的智能燃烧系统。The rotary hearth furnace with gas ofΦ180 mm plant unit in Steel Tube Co.of Baotou Steel is the most important equipment in the process of producing and rolling steel tube.In this paper,it is analyzed such defects as unstable calorific value of gas,inaccurate flow element measurement and deviated flow characteristic of valve for combustion control system of rotary hearth furnace with gas as well as adopted such reformation measures of its intelligent upgrade as upgrading the temperature control program,introducing strategy of autocorrection for coefficient of excess air,reserving automatic regulation interface of air fuel ratio,newly increasing automatic control of pressure in air main,automatic control software of furnace pressure,functions of automatic starting up and air-tight test,basic alarm of loop and interlock.Finally,the stable intelligent combustion system is realized.
